Violations Bureau Schedule of Fines

Pursuant to the Revised Missouri Statute 470.050, Rule 37.49 of the Supreme Court Rules the State of Missouri and Local Court Rule 69.6 the Municipal Judge hereby orders that the following designated offenses shall be payable to the City of Kirkwood Violations Bureau. The schedule is subject to change by court order.

All High School Students must appear in court with a parent or guardian.

NOTE: If you were involved in an accident and received a citation, you must appear in court.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY BY MAIL:
1. Make check or money order payable to the City of Kirkwood. Do not send cash.
2. Sign the back of the citation and enclose with the fine amount in this envelope.
